The ideal candidate should live in or near Boise and have 5-10 years of experience, be available to work in our office, attend client design meetings and construction job site visits.
Must be design and detail oriented (think constructable), Revit drafting capable, rendering savvy, with great communication skills and can understand and speak Zoning & Building Codes. Someone who is a self-starter, motivated to succeed, committed to completion and able to ask questions when they get stuck. Mostly someone who has a proven track record of on-time & in-budget projects.
Projects will include commercial retail & office space, custom single-family residential, with some basic site planning, space planning, renovations and additions spattered in for good measure.
